ShoeAI works with official size charts to ensure we are giving accurate and valid size recommendations. Below is an example of what an official size chart looks like and what is required during your implementation.
Important: This is only required for brands or sellers who sell one unique brand only. The size chart must be from the official producer of the brand.
Your size chart should display and compare all available sizes and scales for your brand. Size charts can be gender-specific (e.g Male or Female) or unisex.
If your brand has multiple size charts, please send each size chart and inform the ShoeSize.Me Customer Success team which size charts apply to which products.
You can share this official size chart with us in any format. Image, CSV or excel are all acceptable.
